SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - A Springfield man is being charged with his fourteenth OVI offense.
William Newman was arrested Monday night on Ridgewood Road in Northridge after officers said he was involved in a three car crash.
He was also cited for two other offenses because of the crash.
Newman is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
