GERMAN TWP., Ohio (WDTN) - A special prosecutor has been appointed in a case involving a local firefighter.
The Ohio Attorney General's Office has agreed to handle the case of Robert Oldham.
Oldham is charged with raping a 19-year-old woman during a party in German Township. That is the same town where he served as a police officer and firefighter.
A special prosecutor was requested in this case to avoid a conflict of interest in the investigation.
