SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - A homicide suspect was arrested early Friday morning.
The SOFAST Task Force arrested Julian Johnson at an apartment complex in Trotwood.
He is wanted for the shooting death of Ernest Edwards, 34. Edwards was gunned down January 26 at the Nite Owl Tavern in Springfield.
Three other people were injured in the gunfire that police say followed an argument over a girl.
Task Force members found Johnson hiding in the bathroom of a Macduff Avenue apartment. He was arrested without incident.
Dayton SOFAST is comprised of several police agencies and the United States Marshals Service.
