Guilty plea in deadly nursing home fire

CLARK CO.,Ohio (WDTN) - A Clark County man who started a deadly fire at a nursing home is heading to prison.

Cody Sutton pleaded guilty Friday to involuntary manslaughter.

He set a fire at the Dayspring Nursing Home in November 2011 that killed a resident.

Sutton was a janitor at the facility at the time.

He was sentenced to six years in prison.
