CLARK CO., Ohio (WDTN) - A Clark County gas station owner is helping out his neighbors with a discount on gas.

Dave Closey has owned the Sunoco Station in Park Layne since 1977.

He is giving 10 cents off every gallon that people buy to run their generators, while their power is out.

He figured they could use some help and he wants to pay it forward.

"It'll come back to me. I know that. It's not just gas and go. You talk to people you get to know them," said Closey.

Closey says he'll offer the deal until everybody has their power back.

This isn't the first time he's helped out. He offered a similar deal during Operation Desert Storm.
