GERMAN TWP., Ohio (WDTN) - A Clark County first responder will officially face a rape charge.
Robert Oldham was indicted Tuesday by a Clark County grand jury.
He is charged with raping a 19-year-old woman during a party in German Township. That is the same town where he served as a police officer and firefighter.
The Ohio Attorney General is handling the case. A special prosecutor was also requested.

The following people have recently been booked into Jail. They may not have been convicted of the crimes they are charged with and are innocent until proven guilty.
