Ex-janitor's sex sentence too harsh

ENON, Ohio (WDTN) - A former school janitor was re-sentenced Friday after the Ohio Supreme Court deemed his first punishment to harsh.
Martin Nichols will now serve 12 years behind bars for sexually assaulting students at Enon Elementary School.
He was originally sentenced to 20 years in jail after pleading guilty to charges in 2010.
Nichols will still be required to register as a tier two sex offender upon his release.
