CLARK COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - The weather is to blame for a series of crashes in the Miami Valley Saturday morning.
In Clark County where emergency crews worked to pull a semi-truck driver and his rig from the median.
Troopers say the driver hit a patch of ice and could not gain control before plowing into the guardrail.
He was not injured and traffic was not affected.
The slick roads are also being blamed for another crash this one on Interstate-75 near the Stanley Avenue exit.
Investigators tell us the driver lost control and then slid on to the side of the highway, eventually slamming into the barrier.
The driver and his passenger were taken to Miami Valley Hospital to be checked out.
Both are expected to be okay.
