CELINA, Ohio (WDTN) - Nearly a year has passed since Robert and Colleen Grube were bound up with duct tape and shot to death inside their home outside Fort Recovery, but Sheriff Jeff Grey says he's more confident than before about solving the case.

Family members told 2 NEWS in an earlier interview they are confident in Grey’s efforts and are counting on the department to help bring closure for their family over the deaths of the father and his daughter.
"We just keep hoping and praying," says Elaine Grube, Robert's sister-in-law.
Sheriff Grey says before his confidence level was high in solving the case and now it's very high. He tells 2 NEWS his office continues to get information and that new evidence came to light in just the last few weeks.
"It could take us some time yet, but I believe we're headed down the right path," Grey says.
Detectives have interviewed more than 250 people about the homicides and visited other counties in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee.
