Robber drops gun, flees

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Dayton McDonald's is robbed Sunday morning and the suspect escaped empty-handed.
The robber entered the store, at 3918 Free Pike, just before 8 in the morning covering his head with a hood and wearing a mask.
He fled after dropping a plastic weapon in the store and K9 units were requested to help track the man.
Police are still investigating.
