Morning raid nets cash, pounds of pot and guns

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Deputies seized cash, pot and guns as they raided a home in the 1900 block of Malvern Avenue Wednesday morning.

The Montgomery County R.A.N.G.E Taskforce arrested Mark E. Lee, Jr., 28, during the raid. They say he was inside the home with a small child at the time of the raid.

Lee faces preliminary charges of drug trafficking, drug possession and weapons charges.

In all, deputies confiscated $50,000, 15 pounds of marijuana and two handguns from the home. Deputies say they’ve been watching the residence “for some time” prior to Wednesday’s raid.
