FAIRBORN, Ohio (WDTN) - Willie A. Russell, 23, is being sought in an overnight shooting in Fairborn.

Clark County Sheriff's deputies responded to 10744 Haddix Rd., after a  911 call alerted deputies to shots fired, just before midnight, on Friday to find an empty crime scene.

Officials later located Ricky Delawder who suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach during a fight with Russell.

Russell is accused of firing three shots, one of which hit Delawder.

Delawder was able to escape the scene with his three children. He was later transported to Miami Valley Hospital.

Detectives have issued a warrant for Russell, whose vehicle was located in Fairborn. Russell is facing charges of felonious assault and discharging a firearm.
