Police: Convicted murderer kills again

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Police were called to the 2500 block of Home Avenue in Dayton Sunday afternoon on reports of a shooting.

Police said Dameon Wesley, 39, shot two people inside the home, killing one and severely injuring another.

Wesley was recently released from prison after serving 20 years for murder. He is on parole.

Officials have not released the identities of the victims.  One was pronounced dead at the scene.  The other was last reported in surgery at Miami Valley Hospital and according to police, "fighting to survive."

Wesley is considered to be armed and dangerous. Police described him as 6'3" and 550 lbs. He was last seen driving a tan, 1994 Chevrolet Suburban with temporary tags.
