SPRINGBORO, Ohio (WDTN) -
A student at Springboro High School has been tested for swine flu.
School officials said the female student woke up Wednesday morning with flu-like symptoms and her father immediately took her to the doctor.
Springboro Schools Superintendent Dr. David Baker said the student had recently been in Cancun, Mexico with her family on a spring break trip.
Baker said the actions being taken are a "very conservative precautionary measure," and stressed that at this point, this is not a confirmed case of swine flu.
The student's test results are expected be back within 48 hours.
