Christopher's Restaurant's, Marishah Paddock, cooks up a tasty vegetarian dish for restaurant week in the Lifestyle's Kitchen. Check out the video and menu below.

Restaurant Week: Winter 2013-Menu 2:
Appetizer:
Assorted olives and cheeses served with spiced pistachios and rosemary focaccia slices.
Salad:
Shaved root vegetables (carrots, beets and radishes) sprinkled with purple cauliflower crumbles, scallions and fried garbanzo beans. Drizzled with creamy coriander dressing.
Entrée:
Roasted peppers stuffed with roasted sweet onions and cherry tomatoes with creamy artichoke/spinach topping. Served on a bed of balsamic quinoa.
Dessert:
Salty caramel mocha crepe cake.
Thin crepe layers with caramel and mocha creams on a pretzel crust.
