Dayton's CW unveils CW Star Finalists

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The Dayton’s CW unveiled its top contestants for the next Dayton’s CW Star featuring 9 finalists and 22 semi-finalists who will compete for the 10th finalist’s spot.
Each of the contestants were chosen from a field of candidates who attended a public casting call to be the television station’s iconic “Star.”
Now, the 22 semi-finalists will tape videos explaining why they should be chosen to be the 10th finalist in the contest. Their videos will be posted to DaytonsCW.com where the public will be able to watch and vote for the contestant they think should be the 10th finalist.
From there, the finalists will be given makeovers and head out into the community to raise support for their efforts to be chosen as the next Dayton’s CW Star.
