RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) - A lot is riding on the outcome of Ohio's vote on Issue 2 in November, but 2 NEWS has found that many are confused by the language on the ballot.

So 2 NEWS' Jordan Burgess used a group of Stebbins High School students to show the process for picking a commission to draw legislative and congressional district lines.

Right now the job is done by elected officials, but some argue the process is too political, as the party in control tries to draw lines that favor its candidates.

Proponents of the constitutional amendment say the commission would be more neutral and draw lines that make for competitive races.

But the language on the ballot for picking the commission is hard to follow and includes drawing lots in some cases.

Check out the video and see if will give you a clearer picture of what's being talked about, so you can make an informed choice on Issue 2.
