Megan O'Rourke joined WDTN-TV in September of 2005 as the Greene County Bureau Reporter.  She came to Channel 2 from KIDK-TV3 in Idaho Falls, Idaho where she was an anchor/reporter. 

A Xenia,OH native, Megan graduated from Miami University in Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a concentration in Mass Communications.  While attending Miami, she worked as a reporter for the university's television station. 

Megan is thrilled to be back in the Miami Valley.  She is a huge sports fan, especially the Cincinnati Bengals and  Cincinnati Reds.

• Top Five Interests: My family, especially my niece! -shopping, I'm a self-proclaimed shop-aholic. - reading, I will tear through a good novel in a day. -exploring the outdoors, I grew up on a farm and have always enjoyed being outside! -cooking, I'm not great, but I'm trying!
• Favorite Music: - I'm kind of all over the place...country, pop, rock. I love Lady Antebellum, Rihanna, Kings of Leon...everything!
• Favorite Movie: - Remember the Titans, The Notebook, The Breakfast Club
• Favorite TV Show: Law and Order SVU, The Office, America's Next Top Model
• Favorite Book: Anything by James Patterson. I love mysteries.
• Hero: My parents. I look to them for direction in all aspects of my life.
• One Person You Would Like To Have Dinner With: Donald Trump. Because I know he has the secret to success!
